Kushi Nagar

We start our day by going for breakfast to Pathik nivas... Where all the international temples are side by side in the lane of Kushinagar...

This is my photo journey...

Main entrance to all the temples ... Hire an electric rickshaw as walking will be extremely tiring... We were told ₹500 for 4 hrs. But we felt we needed more time ...which we did ... So I drove to Pathik Nivas ...parked there and walked arnd for one part of temple visits...
For Buddha stupa where his earthly mortals remains are...it is also the last stop and place to visit here...
A one day visit will suffice...
The pix of the different temple visited today are shared below...

The next temple
Burmese Vihara
Each monk statue has a name tag...dedicated to a monk

Shiva temple
Japanese temple
Birla temple
Here at this site the most beautiful Budha statue was excavated...
Once inside the enclosure we were told to walk around three times...
The statue is inside this enclosure
Wat Thai
Sri Lanka temple

Buddha stupa where the Lord Buddha's mortal remains are buried
Floral offerings...
Tea break...

Thats all for today...
