B'lore diary day 14...
Beautiful sunny day into Nandi Hills...We started our trip around 11am... After driving for 1.5 hrs and 40 curves and bends later we reached Nandi Hills view point... If you wish to walk its a bit of a long trek up... But we took the local transport ₹25 / tkt... water tank inside this 950 yrs.old temple Suicide point ... Tipu's lodge... Through the gate is a 1km.downhill trek to an old temple I was informed... The way to the temple... How green is my valley... After completing the Nandi hills route ...we opted to head towards Nandi village & on the way is this temple on our right dedicated to Nandi... Its a circular route ... In Nandi village this hidden gem was a flukie for us as we weren't informed of its existence... We happened to find it as we drove in the hope of reaching the highway and we got vv lucky...
