The info below is from Wikipedia Pix are all mine On the way to Sajjangad and Thosegar falls you have pass a small tunnel (bogda as the locals call it) Climb to Sajjangad starts... There must be some 90 steps not very steep ... it's an easy climb up took us approx 40 minutes... with halts for clicking pix. The views are very nice and pleasing to look as is the greenery which is lush this time of the year (Oct.2023) Sajjangad (Marathi: सज्जनगड), meaning "Fort of Good People", is located near the city of Satara, India. It is the final resting place of Sant Ramdas in 18th century India (born 1608) Its a famous pilgrim site. Height 3350 feet The fort was built by Bahamani rulers in between (1347-1527). Later (1527-1686) it came in possession of the Adilshahi dynasty. This fort was captured by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj on 2 April 1673 from Adilshah. Previously known as Parali,
